    that is definitely true, my last workout was yesterday and we did 4 .66 mile repeats, i don't think this was a good move by our coach, we should be doing 400's
    2morrow, we leave at 10:00AM for carrolton, ga, when we get there we'll run the course so that we will know it
    i'm already kinda nervous, but i know that i should just relax today and 2morow

    so i decided to continue training and have like a 5k race on the track, since i have already took a few days off for basketball try-outs(i didn't make the team), i started back running today w/just a 4 mile run, my first major goal for the 5k on the track is to just break 20 minutes , i'm also going to do rec basketbal

    well, it's a start. you can get to your goal, but you have to work hard, and focus more on running. please post here everything that you do, and if you have any questions

    yesterday i did 5 800s in the rain
    my times were: 2:50, 2:50, 2:55, 2:49, 2:42

    i ran on monday for 40 minutes/5 miles
    didn't run on tuesday b/c of bball practice
    i ran on wednesday, tempo run, 3 miles in 21 minutes
    today i did 48 minutes

    i'm thinking about doing the cobbler run 5k 2morrow, it's at sandy creek park, and it's at 3:00
    i'll probably do another 5k, but i'm doing this just to see if i'm faster than i was before
