I just did a 5K road race today. My time was 20:10. It was in Mt. Airy, GA at Georgia Mountains Christian Academy.

Re: Running 09-10
I'm disappointed in this time I know I can do better. I'm not finishing the season with this time.

Re: Running 09-10
yeah, but that's the thing. you gotta do it. all this talk means nothing. and your training means nothing if you don't do it in the race

Yeah, welli did it yesterday, my times were 3:00 and 2:57 for the 2 800s and 80,79,78,80 for the 4 400s. These don't seem very good but it was 32 degrees outside and very windy.

Re: Running 09-10
those times are not all that great. i know it can be hard to run well in the cold. that's why you gotta warm up really good

Re: Running 09-10
not bad i guess. what was your rest?
i ran about 3 miles last night in the cold at the track. i then ran a quick 400 just to see how i'd do - not too good. i only ran 60.5 seconds. i think i could have pushed harder though, i ran in pants
