lol, i have no idea. those times are not impressive though. what school is UGF? the only thing i can think of if is she has overcome something tragic and its amazing that she is running or something else along those lines.

its the university of great falls in montana. i looked at the school's website. its pretty funny. the cross country team picture is taken with them gathered around 2 john deere tractors!! your dad would love that. their times are terribly slow. you and i would be #1 by far on their team. its worse than winder times.
