    i'm running cross-country for my school, hebron christian academy
    my best 5k time ever is 20:56, my best time in the season is 21:37
    i've been working hard lately, my goal right now is to just get my time back down to under 21

    thanks, well i completed my goal to get under 21, my time was 20:54, but this is still pretty horrible, compared to what i should be running, my next major goal is breaking 20

    congrats on getting under 21! i know you want to do better, but this is the first step. just stay focused and continue to train hard and make it a priority.

    yeah, good job getting your goal. now, it might be hard to run under 20 in your very next race. just make sure you are under 20:54 at least though

    yep, improving each race is the goal. you have to make sure you make every run count.

    well, you have to do what you have to do. so if that means 2 races in 3 days, then so be it. just do the best you can. that's all you can do

    i did like a 5.4 mile run today at school, i plan to do like K's on thursday after practice and a tempo run on saturday

    yeah, you are still near 8 minutes a mile. you need to be at least somewhere around 7:30 a mile
