Engadget posts the invite for the Apple media event which will take place on October 14th in San Francisco. The invite simply reads:

The spotlight turns to notebooks.

Apple has been rumored to be delivering new MacBooks and new MacBook Pros this month. A number of leaked photos have been circulating.

if it comes with a blu-ray drive, i doubt it will be that cheap

yeah, my guess is the blu-ray will only be in the top-end model

i would guess that too and i am sure its expensive. we will find out tomorrow. time is going by so fast. we are almost half way through october!
