New iPhone with GPS, Video Conferencing, and TV?

Rumor has it that Switzerland will be getting the iPhone this summer. That easily could be true. But the rumor also states that it will come with GPS, Video Conferencing, and mobile TV.

Are the only new features gps, video confrencing, and mobile tv?

that's all it said. who knows, but those are some pretty big things there. especially tv
