runningAhead - online running log

i have decided to try and add all my running logs into this online one, so that they are all in one place. i have a notebook from xc 2004 that i'm adding in right now at work.

i suggest that you do the same

i dont have old data to add. what do you want me to do?

i'm sure you have stuff written down somewhere. i know you have some on my desk.

yeah i have those from september.

for my old stuff......i used to keep a running log on my computer then it crashed and i lost everything so i just didnt do it anymore.

well that's no way to be. with computers, you are supposed to keep a backup, so when it crashes, you dont loose everything

well i dont know how to do all of that.

yeah i know. i was just thinking that. i pretty much have lost everything. do you have the stuff from my hp laptop backed up somewhere?

wow 2004. its hard to believe that was 3 years ago. time is just flying by.

i bet it is. we only thought we were fast then. its crazy... in a good way though b/c we have come along way.

at the thing the other night at the high school. they announced ben's state time for the 2 mile and he was like "whoa that was terrible". he was thinking the same thing. it was fast then, but now to him that time is terrible.
