well a new guy joined my group, so now we're winning by quite a bit. i think he added 28 miles or something to the group. i added 8.07 from yesterday. did you walk a mile?

sorry, no i didnt get a chance to walk any. i will make up for it today. i was with shea from 5-7, then i went straight to church, didnt get home til 8:45ish and by that time i just wanted to rest b/c it had been a full day and then i went to bed. i will definitely do more today.

we are running at the track remember. i am not sure how many miles i am running though. what are you doing? the weather looks nice for it.
