    i really dont know how. I sure hope you can fix it. I would be really mad if I lost all those miles.

    I think I am just going to stay here and run on the treadmill. Its just too cold for me to run outside. I will probably just do 30 mins and get it over with right after work.

    well, i made it to 40 mins yesterday. I am happy that I did that. I think I am going to take today off though. I havent had a day off this week and today is the best day.

    oh ok.

    so today was 1.5 miles x 2.

    times: 8:12 (5:19 first mile) and 8:18 (5:31 first mile)

    so at least on the second one, i was able to pick it up at the end and finish strong

    so my workout on tuesday was 3x800, 1x600, 4x200

    times: 2:27, 2:28, 2:31, 1:50, 32, 33, 33, 33

    i'm not real sure on the 200 times. but anyways, not my best workout.

    Thats really good. At least you were pretty consistent. And your times will drop the more you do this.

    i guess.

    today i did 2x2k at the river. most of the others did 3x2k.

    times were 6:48 and 6:47. i did the same thing as last friday on the 2nd one. i started of fast, then settled, then finished strong.

    i feel like i should have been a little faster though

    i bet, you went all the way to the visitors center. i bet your legs are sore. i didnt really run that fast so mine arent sore. but my right arm is really sore for some reason. i have no idea why though.

    finally had a decent workout. we did 800,600,400 x 2.

    times: 2:24, 1:47, 1:09, 2:24, 1:50, 1:09

    so i did better this time. that second 600 was still kinda bad though.
