well we didn't do a track workout. maybe we will today

well we did a nice 2-mile run. we need to do a workout today (wed.) if possible, but i might be too tired. we'll see

yeah, we both did a good job on the two mile. I was surprised. I am not sure if we will be doing any workout this week. It might be saturday before we get it done.

what are you running today? i havent decided what i am going to run.

whatever i do, it will just be on the treadmill. at least 30 minutes though

oh ok. i think i am only going to do 30 mins today as well.

i have to go visit nanny. she should be coming home soon.

i got in about 33 mins yesterday, but today i am going to try to do 40. Rocky was struggling at the end yesterday. I am going to try to slow him down in the beginning. We were probably going 7 mins a mile for the first one. He was flying.

yeah, i'm not surprised that he does that. he's dumb.

oh yeah...are you nervous? at least you will have a team to do it with, so it will make you do it. and the weather is nice.

yeah, i'm a little nervous. mainly b/c we aren't on the track, so it must be some longer stuff.
